For one night only, five of London's most exciting and upcoming chefs will collaborate with the Club to bring you an evening with Five Cooks and a Cocktail at George.
The five cooks, Louis Lingwood, Jacob Farley, Lorcan Spiteri, Joey Behnan and Hector Henderson all started their careers under the tutelage of leading British chef and Great British Menu judge, Jeremy Lee. They have gone on to work at some of London's best restaurants including: St John Bread & Wine, Oldroyd, Koya and Trullo.
The evening will commence in the Bar with a Red Celia, a delicious gin-based cocktail, before moving upstairs for dinner in the Restaurant. The specially curated menu will be highly seasonal and will reflect the styles and influences of each chef, creating a perfectly balanced four course dinner.
After dinner, the night will continue in the Bar with Guest DJ Piers Thompson filling the Bar downstairs with the great sounds of soul.
